HOW CAN I CHECK STOCK AVAILABILITY?

You can check stock availability on each product page by selecting the store you plan to visit. If the product is not available, you can leave a mobile phone number or email address and will be notified as more stock arrives. If you want to check stock availability in a particular store, you can now ask BILLIE, the IKEA Virtual Assistant, through the 'Contact Us' page. If you are placing an online order, simply add the items you have chosen to your shopping bag and enter your zip code to calculate the delivery date and cost. If any item is not available for online purchase, you will be notified at this stage.

Can I return the items?

Yes, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase under new, unused and re-saleable conditions and with packaging. If the item/items you are returning were purchased online and have a total weight of less than 10kg and can fit into a package of 60x50x50cm or less, you can return for free using CollectPlus. You can return at your convenience to over 7000 locations. Please note that your refund will be processed once the item has been received by IKEA. The CollectPlus service is only available for purchases made online. We cannot offer exchanges under the CollectPlus service.

Can I order online and pick up at a store?

Yes, there is the Click and Collect service available in all IKEA stores. A contactless service, simple, fast and easy! Place an order at home or anywhere and pick it up at your local IKEA store or external DPD collection points. To use this service, simply select the 'Collect from IKEA store' option in the checkout process.

IKEA CAN DELIVER?

Yes, IKEA offers delivery at home or at an IKEA pickup point. You can place an order online, on the official IKEA website, or directly at an IKEA store. If you arrange the delivery service in the store, delivery will normally take place immediately the next day. For online deliveries, there are two delivery methods. The goal is always to deliver your order within 14 days, depending on stock availability and where you live.

Can I follow my order?

The confirmation of your order will confirm the type of delivery that will be used. You can track your order in the following ways: Smaller delivery: The delivery service will contact you, usually the day before delivery, with information on how to track your order. Please note that we cannot see any additional information of what is displayed on the DPD tracking site. Larger Delivery: You should receive a text message in the morning of your delivery, which will include a follow-up link to the live map IKEA site where you can track the progress of the delivery team. If you have purchased online, you can use the order tracker to verify the most recent status of your order. You will need your order number, postal code and the email address you gave when the order was placed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

IKEA accepts all major credit cards, mobile payments such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, and instant cash payments in our stores. But IKEA knows that sometimes you need help to make your dreams come true. That’s why we offer financial services and value cards, like the IKEA Home Card and IKEA gift cards, which you can use when shopping in the store. We also accept One4all gift cards.

What should I do if my card is rejected?

If you have checked the data you entered and your billing address details match those your card is registered on, then you should contact your card issuer or bank to find out why the transaction has been rejected. We will only reject the transaction on the advice of the issuing bank, and we cannot provide any details or reasons for this to happen.

Featured IKEA products and services

  1. To address the challenges of nondurable consumption, climate change and growing social inequality, IKEA is working with partners, coworkers and their customers, taking ambitious steps towards a more durable future. The ambitions of IKEA are: to inspire and make accessible to more than one billion people a better daily life within the limits of the planet; to become 'circular' and climate-positive, and to regenerate resources as IKEA’s business grows; create a positive social impact for everyone across the IKEA value chain, every day
  2. How do you make a record player bold, simple and affordable enough to give to a friend? That’s the question that engineer Carmen Stoicescu and designer Friso Wiersma sought to answer for IKEA’s OBEGRÄNSAD collection and Swedish House Mafia - resulting in IKEA’s first record player since 1973. IKEA has a history of furnishing the home with music. Storage solutions suitable for essential musical items have been in the range since at least 1952, but browse through the pages of the 1973 IKEA catalog and you’ll find even more musical items. A piano, a stereo system, amplifiers and a turntable among them. Discover this iconic creation at IKEA.com
  3. In the more than forty years since its launch, BILLY has been no stranger to change. Now, it is ready for a great and exciting. Stylish new expressions in aluminum foil and improved assembly make the new BILLY bookcase more circular and affordable. At first there was VIRA. And TIGA. And REGAL. And maybe a few more bookstores at different heights, widths, depths and constructions developed by IKEA in the early 1970s. In an old memo, engineer Arne Hall notes that it was at the factory plant in the summer of 1975 that he drew from all of the above to outline the first description of the product for a sturdy bookcase that would eventually rule them all. A shelf that will soon be known to the world as BILLY. Discover the journey the iconic bookstore has been on and what it means to keep it young forever.
  4. Designers from different disciplines, artists, an architect, a ceramist and a chef. These are the creative forces set to share their perspectives on the celebration and Latin America in an upcoming IKEA collection. Whether it’s a birthday, a wedding or a big party, each celebration requires having some key elements in place. The space and atmosphere are set with the right lighting and decoration, food and drink that evokes everything from personal taste and mood to tradition and community, music to enhance the moment. And then, of course, the people who make everything come alive.
